THANK to Legolegs and Packa (and me :)) obstacle base is filled. We have dirt,sand,grass,snow,swamp,rough,subter,lava,water(1ship),shore parts of base. Other (mostly 'magical') obstacles will be later. Some tweaks. Added memory or disk reading of an obst_base.
